We work with management teams, exec-chairs and boards within our portfolio companies, to deliver high-impact expertise, operational IP, and execution support to accelerate revenue growth.With over 30 years of experience in leadership roles for both public and private equity backed tech businesses, I am a globally experienced CRO, GM and SVP for Sales and Marketing having held Executive-level roles for market-leading industry names and emerging technology companies both listed and private equity backed.My career began in sales management positions with enterprise software where I quickly progressed to VP and GM roles, covering both EMEA and international markets to then to global markets as Chief Revenue Officer.Achievements include leading Powerquest Corp. through transformation to an Enterprise Solution Sales focused business and prep for sale to Symantec Corp. At CA I was a key member of the team that secured the PE buy-out of Arcserve gaining experience of M&A strategy. At Barracuda, after delivering 6 years of consistent double digit growth across International markets was promoted to Chief Revenue Officer and part of the team taking the company from the public markets to private equity ownership, now in its second PE season. I am able to conceptualise bold and ambitious opportunities where others may only see incremental growth. Moreover, as a passionate and driven “people person” I enjoy building high performing teams and rapidly scalable international business units and I can be equally operational and strategic.
