Chris is the founder of Navigate Learning, delivering a range of solutions that empower young people to develop their work skills and enable educators to deliver outstanding Non-Academic programmes. Their key product - Navigate - is accessed by over 200,000 young people, whilst their CPD and auditing services are used by schools and colleges across the UK. Prior to this Chris was a freelance consultant, trainer and writer in the educational, private and public sectors. In this capacity Chris was known for publishing influential reports in partnership with some of the UK’s top educationalists, as well as a number of articles for press.
