Led a team of 5 technicians including technical coaching and mentoring and pastoral care.Head of Secondary Systems - Accountable for the materiel state of these systems, including; Control and indication of reactor secondary systems, domestic systems and propulsion machinery. Managed the maintenance and upkeep of these systems including contractor liaison, management of safe systems of work (including confined spaces, reactor compartment entry, hot work, radiation hazards and working at height), stores management for both consumable and permanent assets, defect rectification and maintenance system administration.
