My team developed and implemented policies and procedures for all U.S. facilities, provided Emergency Team Training, and scheduled and executed regular Evacuation and Shelter in Place Drills. I was responsible for originating BMO's Workplace Violence program which includes Active Shooter Preparedness. This included the development, roll out and management of the program in addition to in person and digital delivery of this Awareness offering. Led post-merger Business Continuity integration efforts for bank acquisitions which included managing integration and change management projects related to Incident Response, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Management.I represented BMO in the Business Continuity Community regionally and nationally. I led a ChicagoFirst financial services organization Business Continuity working group, served as the Business Resumption Planners Association Treasurer and am a Continuity Insights Faculty Speaker at conferences across the country.I have deep skills in all facets of Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery and Crisis Management and worked across all spectrums of BMO's Business Continuity Program to utilize my expertise on Strategic and Transformational Change projects.
