I have volunteered to restart the UK chapter and to put together a new board of Supply Chain Professionals.The aim is to create a small focussed high-level networking and educational group in the UK within the Logistics and Supply Chain Industry

I joined the Board of Governors as a volunteer of this ‘failing’ high school to help turn around its performance. After just 12 months as a governor I was elected as the Vice-Chair of Governors. Unfortunately I had to end my role as a Governor as I relocated away from the area.

I was tasked to create and implement standardized training programs across 10 separate individual business units and Limited companies operating under the FC Business Intelligence umbrella.Numerous programs were developed for new starters, experienced employees and senior leaders as internal training was standardized at a high level for the first time in the company's 20 year history. These training programs are still succesfully followed today.
