Created customized data-driven maps and other exhibits based on the specific needs under the direction of the GIS manager using proprietary and third-party datasets. Researched, reported and provided quality assurance and control on market data (eg; retailer competition, housing and demographics). Identified inefficiencies within company research methods and created a system and database that centralized all proprietary information and increased initial research completion times to be less than 48 hours. Designed a void analysis tool to help better equip our leasing teams with accurate, reportable information and lists of specific retailers and categories that were absent within a trade area for leasing vacant space. Learned in-depth programs such as Adobe Suite and Microsoft Power Point to create presentation pitch materials for the Arizona market.
