During this time I was recruited as a part of the Swinburne Industry Based Learning program where i got the opportunity to work as an IT Support Intern for BMW Finance. In my first year i had the chance to work supporting all technical aspects of the business from initial hardware setups for new users to supporting web based applications over the phone to offsite clients.Highlights• Two large onboarding projects for BMW Finance Australia regional office.o Each project included deployment of 50+ computers and onboarding of new users• Successfully managed the troubleshooting and extradition of inbound IT helpdesk and maintained SLA during this period. This included the managing the inbound 1100+ IT helpdesk tickets per month• Rollout of new BMW standardized PC images which automated the setup of numerous desktop software• Avaya telephony upgrade project to upgrade BMW office to an Avaya VoIP solution via power over ethernet switches. This included a slow rollout and training of new Avaya VoIP phones to the entire user base – 400+ users
