Experienced recruiter in all facets of environments including corporate, contract, agency and recruiting director of an independent healthcare search firm. I began my career working four years with an IT and pharmacy search firm where my responsibility included developing and growing the IT side of the business from both the candidate and client perspective. My career then transitioned to healthcare recruiting all clinical positions for a full service community hospital. This includes rehabilitation (PT, OT, ST), nursing, nurse practitioner, medical technology, radiology, respiratory and various management and C-Suite recruitment. I also have had the great opportunity to plan, develop and create procedures for two healthcare recruiting departments. From February 2011 - February 2019, I recruited a variety of physicians for IU Health Physicians, the largest physician led multi-specialty group within the state of Indiana.
