Current• Executive level sourcing, recruitment and placement, as well as talent attraction strategy and impactful project delivery • Clients include: Risk, Technology, and others • Actively source, engage, screen, and consult on top diverse executive talent, exceeding stakeholder expectations• Confer with leadership and compensation department on complex total rewards packages • Utilize and research creative search tools and methodologies• Compliance and Risk adherence on overall metrics including diverse applicant slates• Engage outside vendors including search and research firms, CRM, and relocation benefits• Projects include: Business Unit Sourcing; Research and Sourcing methodology and storage; LinkedIn sourcing and contact strategy and execution; Internal succession talent development for Technology; Mentoring
