I am active in the field of Operations and Sustainability, with over 18 years’ experience in teaching, supervising, publishing and communicating business ideas and practices. I have also worked in both academic and business arenas in Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand. My background has spanned all phases of operations and quality management in public, private and voluntary sectors – and within dynamic and culturally diverse metropolitan areas. Having worked in the UK and the Far East and having supervised students from various cultures, I am able to empathise with students and employers’ needs from various parts of the world. Current academic research focuses on process improvement for organisational excellence and sustainable development.
