CurrentDeveloping a detailed execution schedule(s) based on the scope of work.Developing a comprehensive basis of schedule documents outlining schedule assumptions, construction sequencing, calendars, weather, resources, equipment, and critical path informationMonitoring and updating key dates and sequencing of the schedule.Developing and managing schedules and deliverables, including but not limited to resource histograms, equipment histograms, procurement plans, quantity curves, and bedding forecasts.Reviewing, planning and scheduling documentation and identifying ambiguities, risks and key issues to be considered by the project execution teamAssisting the Project Manager in compiling major project plans and execution schedules on behalf of the ProjectEnsuring that appropriate planning and scheduling techniques and systems are implemented to meet the project needsWorking cooperatively with a team to accomplish project goals.Preparing planning/scheduling/cost control information into correspondence, forms, reports, or databases; preparing information for dissemination to others.Establishing client relationships, making group presentations and communicating effectively with site personnel.
