Founder of Penn Interactive during a four year role at Penn National Gaming managing the strategy and development of sports betting and igaming operations across the US.At Million-2-1 pioneered mobile gaming - inventing and patenting the reverse auction concept which acquired over 3 million customers and developed / marketed IGT slots content via B2B and B2C channels.Million-2-1 was acquired by IGT in June 2008. Prior to Million-2-1, was the founder and CEO of Eunite limited, a large web development business which focused on clients in retail, sports and gaming which was acquired by N Brown PLC. Most recently, President and founder of Penn Interactive Ventures a subsidiary of Penn National Gaming (PENN) which is the largest regional casino and horse racing operator in North America. PENN operates around 40 properties in 18 US states, and features approximately 50,000 gaming machines, 1,200 table games, 9,000 hotel rooms. Penn Interactive Ventures has offices in Philadelphia, Las Vegas and San Francisco. The role included creation of profitable social casino and horse racing platforms, development of sports betting strategy and partnerships and implementation of sports betting and igaming products in a number of early adopter states across the US. The role also included the recruitment and subsequent transition/handover to a new management team at Penn Interactive prior to return to the UK in 2019.Has been at the forefront of gaming, technology and mobile gaming products and operations.
