The harder I work the luckier I seem to be. Starting my career as an engineering apprentice, I took a daunting leap of faith (one of many), to begin my journey in sales with BMW. It took 17 years of hard work and a winding road to become part of the management team at Land Rover in Guildford. This is where I met Edward... In a car park (a story for another time). Little did I know that this was the beginning of my 5-year interview process. Fast forward to 2018, I was offered the chance to join Team Bantham. With the aim of giving businesses the opportunity to transform the way they work while at the same time helping to give our children and grandchildren a brighter environmental future.
