Chrissie has more than 10 years experience working in Human Recourses in both local and multinational corporations including TSMC, Infineon and Qimonda Technologies. She has wide experience in leading and managing projects in talent and organizational development across the Asia Pacific region.Chrissie has a passion for helping people develop their talents. In 2006 she became a dedicated coaching professional and is now the Taiwan representative of the Asia Pacific Alliance of Coaches. As a skilled coach she focuses on removing barriers to growth to enable significant individual change. As a trained facilitator Chrissie also works with groups in leadership development where she focuses on building attitudinal change and practical skills building. Chrissie is an energetic and interactive facilitator and designs innovative and solution-focused programmes for her clients. She works with a variety of clients including Intel, JPMorgan, Bristol-Myers Squibb, British American Tobacco, Dow Chemical, Clariant Chemial, Corning Display, UBS Bank, HSBC, and E&Y. Her programmes and workshops include a wide range of subjects including change management, leadership development, team building, team communication and executive coaching. Chrissie has a first degree in Sociology from Tung Hai University and a masters degree in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University in New Jersey. She is a Taiwanese citizen and is fluent in English. She gained the PCC, Professional Certified Coach from International Coach Federation and was qualified as a team facilitator in Adventure Education by Project Adventure. She is an accredited practitioner for the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (Steps I and II) and MRG LEA 360 Leadership feedback. Also she is now the Master Trainer of both Franklin Covey 7habits for highly effective people and Wiley Everything DiSC related assessments.
