Provide process and systems leadership by driving the analysis and project management (both at a tactical and strategic level) of enhancements and the support needed for our customer relationship management systems.•Key resource to business unit leaders and management for CRM systems.•Participate in CRM Steering Committee meetings.•Propose improvements and solutions to both processes and systems to meet enterprise level business and functional needs and guide system design.•Drive business and functional sessions into documentation for enhancements and maintenance•Engage with all system/business applications and projects in order to make recommendations about inter-system dependencies (integration touch points), or inter-department dependencies (processes). •Understand all aspects of systems configuration and technical / functional capabilities, including all changes and potential systems implications related to timed and planned upgrades.

Regional executive with responsibility for development and implementation of school loan repayment solution services for students and financial aid professionals throughout the Midwest. Responsibilities included: outreach efforts to school administrators and student groups; consultation with clients and prospects regarding use and promotion of available products and resources; and development and implementation of marketing and presentation collateral.
