A few years ago I met a guy who just seemed to have a different view in mortgage. He constantly looked after his people and was more concerned about how their families were doing than if they were closing one more loan for the month. I was amazed at his success and the Flat Branch Story. Jim and I always envisioned some day that we would work together as we both share a lot of the same ideals, philosophies, goals, and virtues. I never planned on leaving Enterprise Bank. They truly are an amazing commercial bank and they have some of the greatest talent assembled of any organization I have been able to serve. Unfortunately I just have bigger goals for my mortgage career and needed to find a company that would welcome those goals. I am excited and happy to announce that I have accepted the opportunity to join Jim Yankee and his amazing team of people on a completely new and exciting adventure.

Helped add over 750 million in production from 2014 through 2015 through multi channel growth, secondary market opportunities, LO coaching and mentoring , and recruitment. Successfully managed Third Party Origination. Helped form and start two separate mortgage companies producing loans for our TPO channel. Identified, modeled and helped lift an entire consumer direct company to join our mortgage platform taking them from 10 LOS at 8 million a month to 27 LOS producing over 50 million a month. Coached and mentored individual loans helping them raise their production from a minimum of 20% growth to some seeing as much as 300% growth. Identified and lead teams that redeveloped our enterprise software adding additional compliance, function, productivity, and profitability. Most importantly I appreciated each and every team member hoping that any bit of opportunity I had with them left them feeling they were appreciated, supported, and valued.

Since taking this position I have been able to better align the bank's risk by renegotiating existing and new vendor/aggregator contracts. I have designed new processes to streamline the lock process allowing for better controls, compliance, increased efficiency, and increased profitability. I, along with the president of the mortgage division, have managed the monetary policy of the mortgage division raising our net mortgage revenue by over 200%. I had began the process of migrating a 20 year history of best efforts delivery to mandatory delivery. I was responsible for writing and implementing our secondary policy as well as helping lead the compliance team that was responsible for implementing all of the new Dodd/Frank Legislation related to mortgage origination.

As a contributive member of the senior management team I managed the #1 mortgage sales team in the greater St. Louis area. Our 39 loan officers averaged over 1.8 million in production per LO. I managed two of the states best joint ventures averaging over 30% in capture rate. Pulaski is a market leader and industry powerhouse. I redesigned the marketing platform and brought new partnerships allowing greater opportunity for our loan officers to offer better service, better constant contact and communication to referral sources and customers, and a more compliant and streamlined mortgage origination process.
