I was amazed at his success and the Flat Branch Story. Jim and I always envisioned some day that we would work together as we both share a lot of the same ideals, philosophies, goals, and virtues. I never planned on leaving Enterprise Bank. They truly are an amazing commercial bank and they have some of the greatest talent assembled of any organization I have been able to serve. Unfortunately I just have bigger goals for my mortgage career and needed to find a company that would welcome those goals. I am excited and happy to announce that I have accepted the opportunity to join Jim Yankee and his amazing team of people on a completely new and exciting adventure.

    Since taking this position I have been able to better align the bank's risk by renegotiating existing and new vendor/aggregator contracts.
