Identified, modeled and helped lift an entire consumer direct company to join our mortgage platform taking them from 10 LOS at 8 million a month to 27 LOS producing over 50 million a month. Coached and mentored individual loans helping them raise their production from a minimum of 20% growth to some seeing as much as 300% growth. Identified and lead teams that redeveloped our enterprise software adding additional compliance, function, productivity, and profitability.
