Contracted to project manage the rollout a new 802.1x LAN for Ladbrokes' HQ (1500+ users) in Rayners Lane during an office refurbishment programme. This included design, proof of concept, discovery phase, testing, integration with existing network, migration of users to the new network, operational readiness and post-live support. Managed project team of network designer, network implementation engineer, security analyst, desktop engineer, cabling specialist. Agile methodologies were used to deliver the project.

- Contracted to Programme manage multiple programmes that delivered additional enhancements and capabilities to the initial Everything Everywhere (EE) 4G rollout. Programmes delivered infrastructure, middleware and test environments into EE. Led, motivated, and managed 6 project managers throughout all project stages. Provided diagnosis, evaluation and effective management of potential risks and issues as well as awareness of commercial and contractual issues. -Acted as Transition and Transformation Manager for an international service transition across Germany, France, Spain, UK and Finland for the Airbus Group. Oversight of transition budget. Managed conception and planning stages for the service transition and transformation of desktop services (15,000 pc's) across multiple UK sites. Produced a transition plan that encompassed all contractual deliverables. Programme managed the delivery of infrastructure, networks (WAN/LAN,) systems integration and operational support for 18 of the Olympic sport venues for the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Managed 30+ project managers (including line management) throughout the full project lifecycle including operational support. Created initial project plans for all the competition venues until project managers were hired. Negotiated and agreed requirements for networks, servers and desktops, cabling, fit-out plans and room designs. Reviewed project plans and produced a bi-weekly programme milestone dashboard and risk / issue register. Managed risk mitigation strategies across the programme for major risks that were potentially show stoppers for multiple venues. Attended fortnightly meeting with CIO and directors to review high impact risks and issues. During the operational phase of the Olympics, acted as Duty Manager in the Technology Operations Centre. This position was responsible for all IT related escalations and high severity incidents on all Olympic venues.
