StartOut, a 501(c)3 nonprofit, creates great business leaders by fostering LGBT Entrepreneurs.Through inspiration, education, and support, StartOut fosters the next generation of great business leaders by creating momentum at the intersection of the LGBT and entrepreneur communities.The StartOut ecosystem is a community of +15,000 members & supporters of the LGBTQ community, in 48 states and 58 countries, with a common interest in entrepreneurship and building entrepreneurial careers. We engage with the community through an online platform and with events in San Francisco, New York, Boston, Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, and Austin.

New Leaf: Services For Our Community was the nonprofit multi-purpose counseling center for the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) communities of San Francisco and the surrounding Bay Area. New Leaf prioritized services to middle and low-income individuals and families who cannot afford private therapy or support services. Fees were set on a sliding scale based on income, and some services are free. New Leaf was the only comprehensive mental health, substance abuse, HIV/AIDS and social support organization in San Francisco specifically for the LGBT communities. New Leaf closed it's doors in 2011.

The ePhilanthropy Foundation was a 501(c)3 nonprofit, education organization. The ePhilanthropy Foundation sought to foster the ethical use of the Internet for philanthropic purposes. The ePhilanthropy Foundation helped large and small nonprofit organizations learn to utilize the best Internet practices and services to build and enhance relationships with supporters and to raise money; worked to build trust among donors in their use of the Internet to aid in various philanthropic endeavors; an active advocate for ePhilanthropy; promoted ethical online philanthropic practices; collaborated with groups and organizations that help it to meet its mission, strengthened the ePhilanthropy industry and inspired donors to support the charity of their choice using the Internet. The ePhilanthropy Foundation was acquired by Network for Good in July 2008.

Network for Good was acquired for $300M in 2022.
