Built the playbook for the “Small Supplier Success” team for Perigold’s cohort of 260 emerging suppliers. Given their limited knowledge of the online channel I consulted them on the fundamentals of e-commerce including drop-ship fulfillment & merchandising. Key external responsibilities included: developing tailored strategic growth plans to top tier suppliers, negotiating pricing & product assortment, and delivering business reviews for C-suite supplier leadership. Internal responsibilities included: analyzing category performance via Looker & At-Scale reporting tools and partnering cross-functionally with key operations, merchandising, and pricing stakeholders to drive results.
