I'm extremely forthcoming and love creating lasting relationships grounded in mutual respect and honesty. I've noticed sales trending away from the old school mindset of "get the sale no matter what" and moving more towards a focus on truly helping people solve their problems and knowing when their needs would be better served elsewhere. This new mindset is exactly what drives me to become better every single day.I will always prefer to cultivate a meaningful relationship and lose a sale rather than get a sale but lose that relationship. As the credo goes: "It's not what you know but who you know" and life has proven to me, time and time again, that doing the right thing is what matters in the end.
