Reviews SEC filings. • Capital Markets, Finance, Treasury – Execute capital markets, finance and treasury strategy, including over $1.2 billion in equity and debt issuances and $1.5 billion in debt retirement, which resulted in strengthening of the company’s balance sheet and reduction in gross debt. Managed the company’s open market stock and debt repurchase programs and the investment of $1 billion in divestiture proceeds. Manages relationships of the 13-member banking group for the company’s $850 million credit facility. • Commodity Hedging – Responsible for executing the company’s hedging strategy through managing weekly commodity risk meetings, executing derivative trades and reporting of the company’s hedging portfolio and associated impacts to the corporate plan, resulting in risk management of the company’s revenue and protection to the company’s financial debt covenants.• Financial Planning and Analysis – Manages the company’s FP&A department including presenting the 5-year corporate plan and quarterly updates to the Board of Directors. Responsible for managing relationships with credit rating agencies – Standard and Poor’s, Moody’s and Fitch. • Acquisition and Divestitures – Managed several of the company’s strategic divestitures, both corporate and asset level (proceeds exceeding $4 billion), funding of the company’s 2017 Permian acquisition (1031 like-kind exchange), and corporate strategic initiatives processes, including modeling scenario analysis on potential M&A candidates and the potential sale of the company.

Provided support of all investor relations activities in order to increase company perception and shareholder value. • Investor Relations – Supported the Director of Investor Relations in the quarterly earnings process including: drafting of press releases and presentations, review of SEC documents, and earnings call script review. Maintained and enhanced the corporate financial models for both QEP Resources and QEP Midstream Partners. Participated with the CEO and CFO on investor meetings including sell-side investor conferences, non-deal road shows and in-office investor meetings. • Capital Markets – Involved in the successful IPO of QEP Midstream Partners (NYSE: QEPM) including: S-1 drafting and review, drafting of the confidential information memorandum (for dual path IPO/sale process), prepared marketing materials for IPO roadshow and credit facility bank meeting, launching of new QEPM website, and investor targeting analysis.
