As a Sales Representative I establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products/services.I also supply management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

As a self-employed sales agent I worked with web sites such as Ebay, PayPal, Autotrader, Craigslist and Kijiji. This experience includes but is not limited to; researching products, determining appropriate monetary value, marketing, maintaining customer relationships, negotiating deals, creative problem solving and shipping/packaging. I enjoyed the challenge of selling automobiles, furniture, antiques, appliances, services and various other items during my career in online sales. Professional customer service and customer satisfaction have always been my top priorities.

As an Operations Technician I was expected to set up, install, operate and adjust mass production/high speed packaging and labeling machinery. I was responsible for the safekeeping of the equipment and maintenance of equipment so that it is always in good working condition. I notified management when major repairs were needed for the equipment. I also preformed quality control testing, recorded and interpreted data and efficiently managed temporary workers.
