Companies we look to acquire or invest in have (i) at least $15M of EBITDA, (ii) alignment with our values and culture, (iii) strong management teams and (iv) a sector focus within business services, consumer products, distribution, food and beverage service, sourcing, among others. In my former role as EY Americas Private Equity Leader, I was responsible for leading EY’s PE professionals in 31 countries in the Americas, as they supported private equity funds and their portfolios in deploying capital, refining exit strategies, and creating stakeholder value.I have served in several leadership roles in the US and abroad, including the London office of the EY member firm. Previously, as the EY US-Central Region Strategy and Transactions Managing Partner, I led a team of more than 1,100 EY professionals in 42 offices who provide strategy and transaction services to market-leading companies in the Central United States and the Caribbean.With more than 30 years of experience working on 300+ transactions with valuations in excess of $8bn, I bring broad and deep technical knowledge and extensive experience across the retail, consumer products, distribution, manufacturing, technology, and business service sectors.
