Educate and train junior collectors to build recovery ability and graduate to higher revenue-generating portfolios. - Responsible for all technical and technological aspects of branch operations including hardware, software, networking,and telephones. Main point of contact for troubleshooting any issues that arise in this capacity in order to speedily correct the issue and allow the affected employee(s) to resume generation of revenue quickly.
