Managing day to day operations and overseeing 100 + staff members at one of Montreal's finest and most upscale steak houses. This charming restaurant, which is housed in a magnificent 200 year old building in Old-Montreal, boasts historic stone walls, original beamed ceilings, cozy fireplaces, and romantic lighting which all combine to make dining at Gibbys a not soon-to-be-forgotten experience and one of Montreal's go-to restaurants!

Hands-on management of a 25+ person staff. Apart from the usual A-Z daily tasks of a restaurant manager, this restaurant is one that deals with a particularly high amount of peaks and valleys. Learning to deal with these situations are what made me a better all around manager, idea generator and problem solver.

While at LOC, I put together a sales team and a strategy that led to the creation of a partnership with Avendra; this quadrupled the annual revenue of the keycard department at LOC International.
