After successfully owning and growing a business by 350% in 8 yrs., I sold the business in order to move my family back to my NE Kansas roots. That sale capped nearly 2 decades of being in the construction equipment business. I have seen firsthand the stark contrasts of businesses who “win” and those that “fail”. Sadly, they often provided the same product or service in the same economic climate...their opportunity for success was equal, but their end result was anything but. It was the opportunity to build more “Winners” that attracted me to the profession of Business Coaching/Advising. I am fortunate to have had “hands-on”, “real life” experience in everything we do at Aspire Business Development. You should control your business; it should not control you. At Aspire we use proven strategies and tactics with our clients. We provide the tools to implement and how to execute. Most importantly, we hold you accountable and keep you focused on your goals. The best part is you will have more time to do the things you want, in or out, of your business. I have always built strong relationships with my customers because they knew my best interests always included them and their business. My advice is calculated and my word is solid. Aspire helps (coach) business owners and executives in 6 key areas: Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Human Resources, Financial Management, and Systematization.
