In September 2008 I was promoted to general manager of Redcliff group.

The Redcliff Group is an independent IT company who provide professional IT services to SMEs throughout the South West of England. Redcliff is made up of highly skilled, like-minded individuals who posses a wide and varied range of knowledge in IT who are capable of delivering cutting edge IT and business solutions.My main role within Redcliff is to head up the infrastructure side which involves consultation with clients on current IT infrastructure and the design and implementation of their systems to work with and utilise new technologies.

I joined Somtech immediately after University as a client facing support engineer. It was at Somtech that I developed my grounding in Windows based networks and became a Linux+ Certified Engineer.
