I am MCIPD qualified with a wide and varied range of HR experience both in generalist, specialist and technical roles including support, system development, shared services, business partnering, change management and Employee Relations. I’ve worked on transforming and optimising HR Shared Services teams including implementing and building out user adoption of HR cloud technology across a range of platforms. I have a strong understanding of both traditional project management as well as agile delivery principles. I really enjoy using my experience in roles where I can work closely with operational HR teams to design practical solutions that improve processes and the overall colleague experience.
