Leading a team that managed and developed systems for HR and Customer Service across Oracle Fusion HCM, Taleo, Oracle Recruiting, Oracle OTBI, Microsoft Power Automate / O365, Salesforce Service & Experience Cloud. I worked on projects that transformed the way teams worked, particularly in terms of automating processes and increasing self service user adoption.

I worked embedding the Oracle Fusion rollout journey for Stores and Logistics Depots colleagues, helping feed back and influence improvements based on the user needs.

Headed up an 80FTE strong colleague HR Shared Services team for c60,000 colleagues. The team provided a comprehensive HR service offering including handling payroll queries, TUPE, Family Friendly policies, OD Support, On-boarding, as well as policy and HR process advice to all colleagues and Managers within the Co-op.I worked closely with a large HR Transformation project to unify and simplify processes across the Co-op to ultimately streamline and consolidate the team. We rolled out Oracle Fusion HCM cloud based HR & Payroll to c60,000 colleagues, providing self-service capability and online payslips to all colleagues across Food Retail, Funeral, Insurance and Support Centre functions.

Part of a large scale HR transformation programme which included supporting delivery of the full suite of SaaS Oracle Fusion HCM products, streamlining teams and ways of working across the business.

Headed up the Co-op Employee Relations HR Contact Centre for the Food business. The team provides ER expertise and advice to managers as well as being involved in policy, training design and delivery of leadership capability initiatives.
