I provide our customer's with modeling and detailing as a core function but that doesn't even begin to describe the service that is provided. Integration with the customer's team whether embedded or remote, communication and the ability to get on the same page are key to a successful partnership. Taking new or rough ideas or functional specifications and developing solutions can be challenging in short time frames, but those challenges are what our customers face everyday and I aim to be part of the solution.

My main SolidWorks focus is the detailing of drawings for modules and machine builds, including Assembly building and BOM construction & verification. Also complete revision modeling and detailing along with fixture design & detailing.Worked on-site with customers and vendors to retro-fit or upgrade modules. Completed troubleshooting and training for new or retro-fit components.Worked in development team with customer and vendor to troubleshoot and diagnose proof of principle/market test product using our prototype machinery with customer and vendor equipment integrated. Participated in various discussions and testing sessions to identify root cause issues/items to improve final product.Lead assembler, technician and test operator for new machine builds and retrofit.

Project lead on implementing new processes at plant, including facility upgrade. Goals were achieved which provided domestic customers with quicker turnaround and shipping cost savings on an average of $5k per month.Responsible for international project order spread across multiple plants and companies. The one million dollar project required the processing of two different customer supplied parts at locations in Wisconsin, Maine, and South Carolina. Provided engineering support to management, plant personnel, sales department, and customers. Including, new concepts, CAD drawing generation, reverse engineering, inspection report generation, procedure development, and general inquiries.Primary responsibility for the inspection and investigation into customer related issues. Developed objective resolutions to issues providing the customer with a solution while sustaining the company's high quality standards.Routinely responsible for plant superintendent position on an as needed basis; confirming customer needs, scheduling daily work assignments, and developing master schedules to establish sequence and lead times for each operation to meet customer shipping requirements.

Completed reorganization of pick faces to increase efficiency of picks and eliminate conveyor bottlenecks.Filled a Lead position to solve inventory issues along with assisting workforce with RF handheld troubleshooting.

Filled the second shift supervisor position in shipping and receiving while training the replacement starting in November.Completed development of transfer procedure of product using newly implemented logistics software. Trained employees in usage while making improvements to save time and solved issues with usage.Independently deployed and directed the workforce on a daily basis.
