Current- Lead the development and execution of learning and development programs, knowledge management strategies, and change management and engagement initiatives within the contact center.
- Collaborate with contact center leadership to craft and implement business support strategies aimed at supporting the transformation of the organization.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both within the contact center and across RadNet's various departments.
- Analyze data and industry trends to inform strategic decision-making, with a primary focus on learning, knowledge management, and change initiatives.
- Develop and deliver dashboards, presentations, and communications to senior leadership and other stakeholders, emphasizing the importance of learning and development, knowledge management, and change management.
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives related to learning, knowledge management, and change.
