I am an award winning, innovative, & customer focused L&D & teaching professional, leading a diverse & multi-site Group wide L&D service & a team of 10. As a member of the Group’s ‘leadership forum’, I am comfortable working on my own initiative as well as working with a broad spectrum of colleagues across the business, from Executive Directors, to apprentices to develop innovative strategies & plans that deliver effective learning and development solutions. I have designed; implemented and evaluated a range of learning and development interventions designed to provide efficiency savings For example; ‘toolbox talks’; ‘focus on features’; e-learning; use of value for money in-house trainers as opposed to buying in external provision etc.5. I have led emh group’s Digital Transformation under the banner of its 'Let's get digital' programme.6. I have been a keynote and/or workshop speaker at 5 national and one EU conference on digital inclusion, plus a range of regional presentations on Apprenticeships and Traineeships.7.
