My primary responsibility was to implement and grow a middle-market banking staff which was not present upon my arrival.

I served a myriad of positions all of which were focused on providing financing and other commercial banking services to the middle-market business community throughout Chicago and Wisconsin. I began in the well-renowned American National Bank training program in 1985 and was quickly promoted to team leader in a combination of traditional middle-market groups as well as dealer wholesale floor plan financing. I have an extensive background in all forms of corporate finance including traditional commercial finance, asset-based, and leveraged lending.
