WiFi connectivity is becoming almost as important as a comfortable bed and a clean room to the hotel guest. No longer are guests just checking email and surfing the web. They are streaming videos, while their kids are playing games online. The strain on the WiFi infrastructure is tremendous. My job is to consult with the hotel’s management and ownership group to come up with a solution that makes sense both financially and from a guest satisfaction standpoint. -
