Providing consultation, staff training, behavioral support and individualized and group-based ABA services to adults with disabilities through a contract with Blue Heron Programs. Providing parent consultation and training as well as individualized, direct ABA services for teens and young adults with Autism in the Greater Sacramento region for PBS clients.

Conduct all initial new client intakes and assessments. Supervise all cases and employees. Provide supervision to BCBA-supervisees working through ABT in accordance with BACB guidelines. Provide all new hire clinical training for RBT-level as well as BCBA-level employees. Provide parent support group and parent training sessions in conjunction with group social skills training courses. Developed and implement a unique social skills training curriculum consistent with ABA standards and evidence-based research for social skills training groups. Provide Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) training to all members in social skills groups, in addition to the ABT social skills training curriculum. Lead and supervise all ACT and Social Skills Training Groups provided by ABT. Provide parent training courses and other community training services such as with City of Sparks, various school settings and other community agencies. Provide training courses to childcare providers and other professionals through Nevada Registry as a registered instructor for topics on Applied Behavior.

Instructor of the course Psychology 205: Elementary Analysis of Behavior. Collaborated on development of course and recruited students for Behavior Analysis program. Presented as guest speaker on multiple panels.

Recruited new clients and staff, initial intake with individuals and families, conducted indirect and direct assessments, developed Behavior Intervention Plans, trained staff to work one- on-one with clients, continued staff training and evaluations on a consistent basis, parent and family training and instruction both in client homes as well as in large classroom format, attended school IEP meetings and conducted teacher and school support staff trainings, developing monthly and/or quarterly reports to send to various funding agencies, graphing all client data, lead bi-weekly and monthly staff meeting.

As a BCBA, provided assessment, training and consultation services to staff and individuals in multiple homes on campus. Collaborated on the development of trainings for several basic behavior analysis principles.

Acted as primary behavior analysis consultant for 20-28 active cases at a time consisting of individuals diagnosed with a wide range of intellectual disabilities (ages 3-69 years old).

ABA-HSI Autism ProjectProvided in-home Consultation Services and led weekly classes as an instructor for 12-15 parents on implementing ABA for children with autism.

Person-Centered Assessment Treatment and HabilitationPromoted to first undergraduate supervisor at PATH. Responsible for 30 trainers. Designed and implemented BST based training system for supervisors.

Tutored children in-home through the Early Childhood Autism Program using applied behavior analysis. Directly supervised and trained a team of 5 tutors.
