I am responsible for managing Commercial Wellness accounts which includes launching their wellness program and providing reports. I develop content to bring wellness education to our community and clients through education classes and cooking demo's. I was part of launching the first Medicare Diabetes Prevention Program in Wisconsin. In 2023 I supported my team in hosting 300+ community engagement events, generating over 1 million in revenue. Using Salesforce I am able to manage client relationships and report the financial impact. By collaborating cross-functionally I support Network Health in maintaining a 5-Star Medicare rating.

Became a product super-user and managed the transition of a wellness platform for 24 clients ensuring smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
