I am no stranger to behavioral coaching and performance management. I began my professional career over 20 years ago as an Occupational Health and Safety Specialist in industries inherently known for getting the job done at all costs and as quickly as possible. Often they had the mindset that humans were simply assets seen in the same light as the tools in their shops or cargo on their shelves. I have helped many organizations shift from that bare minimum thinking to creating recognition-worthy, award-winning programs where having a sense of community and social responsibility became critical success metrics contributing to their bottom lines and putting humanity back in their human resources. Over the last decade, I have transitioned to the role of professional leadership coaching with a focus on people-centered transformation. I possess a unique ability to bring people together at the table to connect, clarify their vision and execute strategies that work for them. Believing it is imperative we understand and practice compassion towards ourselves first before we can lead and influence others, I lead by example and am not shy in sharing my most vulnerable experiences with honest, engaging, and amusing storytelling.I am an executive coach, professional writer, facilitator, and speaker who helps people and organizations map and walk their own path toward positive, transformative organizational shifts by combining my years of professional management experience with her personal wellness coaching practice.Currently, I host two productions, one is a motivational podcast that shares others' stories of healing and transformation called The Flare Up Show. The other is Healthwise-360, produced by In The Limelight Media and is seen on Roku, Amazon Fire, and Binge TV, and is available on all podcast apps as well. This show features health and wellness professionals and authors on various topics around holistic health. In addition to audio and video media, my work is featured in print through Best Version Media as the Content Coordinator for WOW - West of Winnipeg Magazine, where I write feature stories about local businesses and residents.
