I ensured the delivery of high-end customer experiences by overseeing all aspects of operations, from staffing to service execution, guaranteeing that events and stays exceeded expectations. In collaboration with vendors, partners and stakeholders, I aligned services with client needs whilst optimising cost control and maintaining high standards.Key Achievements:• Generated revenue exceeding budget forecasts through successful management of weddings, corporate events, film location bookings and VIP 'A' List guest stays, contributing significantly to the estate's financial success.• Developed and established the brand identity for a new startup, conducting thorough market research to identify target demographics, which led to the creation of a highly successful and viable business model still thriving today.

I managed event logistics, from venue selection to guest accommodations, ensuring seamless experiences. I also developed targeted marketing strategies using digital and traditional channels to boost brand presence and engagement.
