I have gained excellent customer service skills within my Aviation and Pharmaceutical careers. I have dealt with a variety of customers, any problems arisen and provided the service expected.Within my Pharmaceutical career I moved into Management and have run an efficient Sales & Operations department providing a variety of products to wholesale & pharmacies. Managing an excellent service with a team of staff, also bringing out their best abilities, training and guiding them to expand their own knowledge and working potential. 6 years ago I moved into New Product Introduction. In this time I have learnt all aspects of launching new products into the UK. Gaining knowledge and experience in Regulatory and Quality, ensuring all products are launched compliant. Launching 50+ products my experience expands in this ever evolving world of Pharma. I am very motivated person and driven to achieve any goals set through to completion. I have excellent communication skills and have built up strong staff relationships. I am very organised which helps me to achieve all of my tasks. I'm able to adjust to working within a team, leading a team or working on my own projects achieving the end result.
