I have been working at Rite Aid as a cashier for about a year and a few months now. I'm experienced in having conversations and communicating to customers on the phone or in person. I help people with any questions they may have as well as showing them around to help them find what they need. I handle cash, bag items for customers, clean and organize. I do heavy lifting with totes on truck days and lift boxes and heavy products sent to us etc. as well as help organize the store.I have previous experience with some basic handyperson duties and responsibilities. I am also in the process of opening an online store. I have one year of experience in customer service and am very hardworking and committed when it comes to making people have the best experience possible. I also love to clean as a hobby and in my work space, I believe working in a clean space allows better work and hygiene for the customers and the store. I ask questions when I need to and I love to learn and do my best. I am very detailed and I prefer to do things right and correct so that I can be the best. I work a lot on my feet and carry heavy loads of items like big packages etc.
