Served on the Graduate Assistant Search Committee and the Child and Family Studies Faculty Search Committees. Researched topics within social and behavioral sciences such as resiliency of adolescents transitioning out of Foster Care, best practices of Foster Care parents, and LGBT leadership. Designed and maintain two informational bulletin boards.
