•Assist junior staff with day-to-day site management •Contribute to the hiring and training of new staff members•Hold bi-weekly check-in meetings with RA I and II staff members •Coordinate special projects, including site close out process, development of retention material, streamlining of patient payments process, etc.•Carry out high level, time-sensitive administrative tasks including distribution of trial-wide memoranda (including IND Safety Reports) and processing site payments •Contribute to SOP development and maintenance, tracking spreadsheets, and memoranda content•Report to direct supervisors regarding trial and RA performance metrics•Provide coverage for project managers in their absence•Attend international conferences to help facilitate meetings of global trial leadership

•Administration of the start-up, enrollment, and closeout processes of domestic and international sites for a large, international clinical trial.•Maintenance of site regulatory files in accordance with FDA and Sponsor guidelines.•Carry out day-to-day remote site-management for 30+ trial locations, including oversight of eCRF data entry, site reporting of AEs and SAEs, site compliance with trail SOPs and FDA/GCP standards, etc.•Draft country reports to be distributed at trial investigator and steering committee meetings.•Assist direct supervisors with special projects including trial newsletter preparation and site closeout process
