When working with multiple clients in multiple scopes relating to post-closing (mortgage) compliance reviews ranging in years, it is essential to have thorough knowledge in various regulations including Pre-RESPA, RESPA, TRID, NPL (non-performing loans), RPL (re-performing loans), State and Local Predatory Laws, and State Regulations. Individual trade sizes that I have managed have been in excess of 30,000 units overseeing the production and quality of over 100 team members across multiple job sites. My role is a critical lever in improving employee performance and achievement through ongoing training and support.
