- Processing incoming work orders, particularly those related to technical aspects such as civil work, consultants (permitting, QS, MEP, lighting, architecture, and structure), facility maintenance, insurance, special lighting, MEP, professional services, roadwork, vehicles, and utilities.- Coordinating with the Project Team on the material or service specifications proposed in work orders to ensure that Purchase Orders (PO) are more accurately targeted according to Project needs.- Identifying vendors with good qualifications.- Preparing comprehensive price comparison data along with delivery time and terms of payment for negotiation processes with the management.- Submitting approval sheets to management with complete documentation, prices, and quantities in line with tender results or final negotiations.- Monitoring the progress of Approval Sheet for work orders until the issuance of SRP (Purchase Recommendation Letter) and PO by the Business Unit's Purchasing Department.- Generating weekly reports on outstanding work orders that have not yet undergone the SRP and PO processes.
