- Successful hosting of 2015 national championships. In 2015, all championships were held in Calgary in 2 venues, 200 staff, 300 officials, 800 teams, 10,000 participants, 60 courts, plus 4 international matches over 6 days of competition. Budget of $2.7M with a profit of $800,000. Increased participation in nationals every year for all 3 years.- Preparation and creation of policies and regulation for athlete eligibility, competition format, registration and safety procedures (concussion protocols). Responsible for handling all protests, exemptions and complaints regarding policies.- Supervision of 3 full-time staff and 2 interns; performance management and workload.- Venue management with 2 unionized buildings (BMO Centre & University of Calgary Olympic Oval). Negotiation of rental contract and ordering of all services (IT, food & beverage, cleaning, security, etc.). Load-in and load-out of all competition equipment (for 60 courts) and sponsor materials. - Management of sponsorship/partnership relationships (Tachikara, Cramer Products, Mizuno), including vendors at national championships.- RFP creation and management of selection process of bids based on host’s proposed budgets, venues, services, officials, staff, etc.

- Consultation with 41 National Federations regarding sport development within their country.- Point of contact between the FIVB (Federation de Internationale de Volleyball) and 41 National Volleyball Federations in North and Central America and the Caribbean, including Athlete Transfer Certificates (pro-leagues), Anti-Doping Control tests and International Referee registration.- Creation of inter-continental competition regulations and formats for international events for NORCECA and the Pan American Volleyball Union (including Olympic Qualifiers and Pan American Games); ensuring proper hosting of all sanctioned events within the Confederation.- Coordination of annual meetings and production of yearly reports for 10 volunteer Commissions, the Board of Administration and Executive Committee.

- Targeted volunteer recruitment, selection and training of over 1,000 volunteers to ensure fulfillment of specific roles (cultural background, language skills and special skills) to meet the needs of over 80 nations- Created and delivered 3 monthly volunteer training plan spanning 8 months (60 engaging & informative sessions) to over 900 volunteers.- Managed 380 volunteers during the Olympics and one paid Deputy Manager in the Whistler Village; including personnel issues related to housing, workload, meals, and transportation.- Liaised between the delegations and the Assistants to resolve issues regarding working relationships, accessibility and intercultural communication

 Planned, promoted and delivered provincial youth volleyball programs, primarily the club system. Developed and delivered the Atomic program (grassroots learning for 9-12 year olds) after securing Legacies Now grant. Managed the delivery of Provincial Championships at several sites throughout BC. Presenter at 2007 FIVB Volleyball in Schools Seminar (international volleyball federation).

 Developed 3 customized business proposals per week ofr public, private and not-for-profit organization. Organized marketing activities for the firm and managed contact/client database. Drafted position descriptions and completed job postings; communicated with prospective candidates.
