I am the nurse that starts IVs that don’t hurt, brings her patient warm socks for that extra comfort, and isn’t afraid to just be there in silence for a patient who is going through a difficult time.With over eight years experience at a fast paced ambulatory surgery center, I have had the opportunity to refine my clinical skills with expeditious accuracy. I take pride in being selected to work alongside the busiest doctor in our practice.Beginning with my marketing and administrative career and continuing with my clinical career as a nurse, employers have told me that my efforts made them feel that I cared for their business as if it were my own. I enjoy the challenge of solving problems, creating plans, and streamlining processes for efficiency. My business experience also provides me with a unique perspective of understanding the need for compliance and cost effectiveness in healthcare.For the past two years I've had the opportunity to marry my clinical, sales, and marketing expertise on the administrative team of a home care agency. Wearing any hat asked of me, I always took initiative and helped to make many of the owner's "dreams come true".
