Whether it’s technology, policy, process, or product, I am involved in projects and programs that impact Retail and customer-facing changes. I facilitate sales and technology coaching and workshops to branch employees and work with Retail management teams to develop effective coaching plans and tools to transfer knowledge. I work with all areas of the Retail Banking team and consult with business partners throughout the organization to identify, create, and implement strategies that continually seek to elevate and improve both the employee and customer experience.

Consultant to internal Bank partners regarding business units' learning needs. Developed and implemented solutions that transferred knowledge, changed behavior, and enhanced employee performance. Developed, managed, and facilitated various programs and supported functions of the Learning and Development department.

Instructional design and delivery of instructor-led learning programs focused on the Retail Banking as well as working with subject matter experts to develop elearning courses in topics ranging from product knowledge to compliance. Supported broad range of education and development programs throughout the Bank, particularly related to sales, service, and overall bank operations.

I helped fellow students with records and registration support, clarified academic policies, and made general referrals. Our team received applications for graduation and requests for degree check reviews, as well as scheduling appointments with graduation counselors.

Provided support on all matters related to the work experience program, including registration and academic support for general work experience, occupational work experience, community involvement, and the work abroad program. Answered questions on academic policy and procedure to faculty and current and potential students regarding these work experience programs. Offered support in the Student Employment office as needed.
