I firmly believe in the transformative power that Head Start programs can have in communities nationwide. My excitement and passion shine brightest when I stand in front of a large audience, microphone in hand, delivering compelling content that resonates, inspires, motivates, connects, and engages people, all while staying focused on achieving impactful and positive child outcomes – particularly in support of the most vulnerable members of our communities.As a native Spanish speaker born and raised in Spain, with deep strong roots in Puerto Rico, Costa Rica, and Panama, I am passionate about intentionally designing inclusive, supportive, and safe environments that foster understanding, appreciation, and respect for diverse cultures.Throughout my career, I have focused on building and/or strengthening the capacity of high-performing teams and organizations by appreciating and comprehending their mission, vision, values, and priorities. I also have taken the time to learn and understand their community’s strengths and needs, collaborating with executive leadership teams to create strategic priority areas and support the implementation of senior-level individualized coaching and professional development plans.Being an innate leader, I understand that success occurs when relationships, roles, responsibilities, systems, processes, and procedures align with the focus - People, Impact, Growth, and Outcomes.I look forward to creating new connections and re-establishing ties with former colleagues and friends.
