I compose complex vocal pieces. ARTIST BIO: Musician and mixed media artist Christa Ebert performs as Uno Lady, a one-woman choir, and composes songs with her voice, nature sounds, and electronic tools. Using her four-octave singing range, she constructs sonic worlds with dream-like vocal layers and looping ethereal tones. Also as a video artist, she creates nature inspired stop-motion music videos to accompany her compositions. Christa has recorded and produced seven releases, including a mindfulness album and film series, GROUNDED. The Institute for Energy Economics and Financial Analysis (IEEFA) conducts research and analyses on financial and economic issues related to energy and the environment. As the operations director at IEEFA, I held an administrative generalist role and oversaw the management of many aspects within the organization. I administered the accounting and budgeting, worked with the auditor, planned the annual conference, managed grants in Salesforce, as well as other HR activities. I also coordinated research and publication formatting between a diverse group of domestic and international consultants, non-profit organizations, and foundations, and made posts through Wordpress. As lead organizer of our 3-day training conference held at Columbia Law School, I managed all event logistics, created educational materials, helped secure Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits, supported travel accommodations for domestic and international participants, and carried out evaluations and implement suggested improvements.

Facilitated and managed classroom book discussions with 25 students for 4 semesters.

NPI (now Cleveland Neighborhood Progress) is a local community development intermediary. At NPI, I facilitate ReImagining Cleveland initiatives: Administered 120+ Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) projects and worked in partnership with private, non-profit, and public sector agencies. I helped manage every aspect of Cleveland’s side-yard expansion program. I managed logistics of events. Examples include: strategic plan release luncheons, CPTED training (Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design), a co-op plant buy, and a city-wide potluck. I also created marketing material including flyers, community service announcements, and web content.

At HHW I screened and interviewed AmeriCorps VISTA applicants and assisted with training arrangements. I interviewed past HHW program participants to track outcomes and wrote success stories of women who completed the programs and obtained employment in the trades. I compiled HHW’s grant database to keep track of grant deliverables and requirements. I also audited HHW's Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Corrections youth offender program files.
