As an Implementation Leader, I have overall accountability for large scale Workday, Oracle Cloud, SAP, and HR Services implementations. I manage relationships with client executive leadership teams, internal leadership, and cross functional project teams, with matrixed reporting structures. Projects range in size and scale from companies with less than 10,000 employees to those with over 200,000 employees. In addition to client project responsibilities, I maintain oversight of our PMO, governance and methodology, and resource management for our implementation project management group. I am also an unit manager, coach and mentor.

Responsible for the overall success of each client implementation project. This includes oversight of multiple domain projects leading to the coordinated design and development of future state products and processes. Implementation projects that include multiple HR Outsourced product offerings; client size ranging from 15,000 to over 50,000 employees; with global presence; and overall implementation budgets greater than $5M.

Managment of daily tasks involving projects for transitioning acquired associates to Bank of America payroll and timekeeping platforms, products and processes.

August 2007 - March 2008•Responsibility for Change Management / Project Management of the Payroll and Time Keeping transition; scope development, project planning, risk and issue management, testing, implementation planning and meeting facilitation(MARCH 2007 – MAY 2007)•Managed the transition of the Leave products - responsible for project planning, meeting facilitation, readiness presentations and general project management(MARCH 2006 – FEBRUARY 2007)•Successfully managed the implementation of 9 benefits products for a merger integration project with no residual associate issues(JULY 2004 – FEBRUARY 2006)•Directed the design, development and implementation of a new compensation/incentive program that was paid out to over 140,000 associates world-wide•Successfully lead the program launch communications effort; including the distribution of both printed and electronic materials to over 150,000 associates worldwide.
