I am the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Summit Support Services. We provide Community Case Management for adults with intellectual disability and/or autism in the State of Maine. I supervise 7 full time case managers and 2 part time administrative assistants. The agency provides case management to 150+ individuals in Maine.

We manage a 3-unit commercial office space in Wilton, Maine.

Supervise 12 case managers who support 205 adult consumers with intellectual disabilities and/or Autism across 12 counties.Ensure compliance with Mainecare Regulations, OADS licensing, and Quality Assurance.Facilitate individual and group supervision for case managers. Human Resource management including interview and selection of employees, development and training of employees, and regular performance feedback.Collaborate with state agencies and community providers for improvement of service delivery.Implemented children's case management program for youth (age 14-21) transitioning to adult developmental services.

I was the first case manager hired for the agency's newest service line. I helped develop the systems and practices currently in use. I handled a caseload of up to 25 consumers providing Case Management for Adults with Intellectual Disabilities and Autism.

Direct Support Professional for an adult with Intellectual Disabilities in a residential setting. This person had severe trauma experiences and self injurious behaviors that required specialized behavior management programs and strict adherence to the person centered plan.
